Guidelines For Parents
Guardians Punctuality
1.Your co-operation is requested to ensure that children are regular, punctual and disciplined.
2. All students are expected to join the school on the notified date at the beginning of the term and after each vacation.
3. School hours are specified are intimated by the school authorities from time to time.
Communication
1. Please check the school notice everyday for the notice given in their respective WhatsApp group.
2. Consult the school academic calendar regularly for holidays, events and activities.
3. Please address all communication to the Principal through the class teacher or coordinators, clearly mention your child’s class, section and roll number.
4. Please do not try to contact the teaching, the non teaching staff over the phone, instead parent can call, co-ordinators before 2:30 pm.
5. Please be sure to inform the school if there is any change in your address, designation or telephone number.
Responsibility
1. The students must be responsible for their own belongings.
2. Please ensure that your child does not bring any valuable articles like watches, camera, jewellery etc. to the school.
3. Please mark all the belongings of your ward with the name, roll number, class section, etc.
4. Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones in the school.
Consideration
1.The parents should not enter the class room on any pretext during school hours. They may meet the class teacher only on parent teacher meeting days or with prior appointment.
2. Please avoid criticizing the school or the teaching in the presence of your child. This can result in the student losing respect for their teacher.
3. You are requested to ensure that the birthday celebration of your child is on a modest scale confined to his/ her class mates only. Student should wear school uniform on their birthday.
4. Parents/ Guardians are requested to cooperate with the school in its attempt to help their children’s progress at work, they should check the bag of their ward (s) on a daily basis to see if class teacher for their attention has issued any notice, invitation etc.
GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS/ GUARDIANS
1. Parents cannot enter classroom on any pretext during class hours. They may meet the teachers only on parent teacher meeting days or during the visiting hours or with prior appointment. School grants permission to the parents of child/children with special care to enter the classroom, only in special case.
2. Parents/ guardians are expected to co-operate with the school in its attempt to help their children progress at work, they should check the bags of their ward (s) on a daily basis to see if the class teacher, for their attention, has issued any notice, invitation etc.
3. Parents/ guardians are expected to inform the school if there is any change in their address/ telephone nos. leave for half days should be avoided, as far as possible for security reasons.
4. Children suffering from fever, viral infection should not be sent to the school to attend the classes until the medication is over.
5. In case of any specific medical problems, the parents must inform the school authorities prior to the admission.
6. Any communication made by the parents with the teachers should be addressed to the Principal.
7. Parents should sign the progress report and return it to the school within three days, loss of report card or any other article of relevance should be immediately reported to the class teacher.
8. Students are strictly forbidden from leaving the school, during school hours without the permission of the Principal.
9. Parents are strongly asked not to send their child to school when he or she is suffering from communicable diseases.
