We believes that all new employees must be formally inducted into their services. Induction is a vital to an employee’s recruitment and integration into the working environment. The policy, associated procedures and guidelines define our commitment to ensure that all staffs are trained, guided and supported during their period of service with us so as to work and grow together. The Staff (He/She) willbe initially introduced to other officials in the hierarchy and briefed on the goals, expectations, culture and the nature of duties to be discharged. This will enablethe staff to settle into the job comfortably and become a goal oriented and efficient member of the staff.

Note : Apply only if suitably qualified. Those who had done their entire schooling through English Medium and have secured 55% marks or more in aggregate in Graduation and Post Graduation only need to apply. Ability to communicate in English is essential. Experienced persons will be preferred.
